No, OCD cannot destroy the brain, Most of the people can live happy life with the help of the medication and the therapy.

WHAT IS OCD ?

OCD (Obsessive compulsive disorder):- Unusual thoughts are coming to mind and they leads to the repetitive behaviour, In the OCD thoughts & fear comes to mind without any reason and in results it shows the compulsive behaviour.

  • OCD occurs due to the genetic or hereditary factors, Means your father or mother or both have some genes of the OCD.
  • The second reason is the childhood experience or past life journey experience, when get bullied, harmed, abused, threatened or any reason which develops a fear within you.

Treatment only can done by the three methods:-
  1. At home, don’t fear about the OCD and face your fear and its behaviour.
  2. Take the therapy with the help of therapist or psychiatrist, they may give the antidepressant course any other assignment, which you have to follow up every time. and some treatment like transcranial magnetic stimulation, psychotherapy.
  3. Eat the nuts, fruit, veggies, grains and do the yoga and the mediation. Meditation may heal your fear and the unusual thoughts and this process can be done in early morning, you can watch the several videos available on you tube. Specially breath yoga will helps you a lot.
